Description

Baltus the Gnome

Welcome in my gallery

Baltus and the little bird are very sturdy skeleton of iron wire, sculpted with great attention to detail entirely by hand, in quality polymer clay without the use of molds. Hand-painted with high-quality color. The arms of Baltus are posable, designed to be in the best position to keep the sock and the needle with the thread. The rest of the body is in a sitting position, and is intent on her sewing sock laundry. The eyes are of green-blue color , previously cooked and decorated, I then inserted during the processing of facial features. The short hair is red wool. Handmade glasses from me, are of iron wire golden. For the dress, the hat, shawl and sewn entirely by hand tailored by me, I used: cotton fabric. For slippers leather and fabric . I sewed a small bells on the tip of his hat. The scene of the story includes everything in photos: Baltus, the small bird, the cabinet, the center-table with the thimble, which serves as a flower vase and flower, the stool with the lamp, the spool of cotton thread which is sitting Baltus, glasses, and needle to sew, made of wood and painted. I hope this story will be pleasing to the eye: I have built with so much care and love ... for many, many hours .... Measures: Baltus is approximately 4 ½ inches in sitting position Mobile 5 inches Stool 1 ¾ inches Bird ½ inches.

Thanks for looking

Ooak Baltus the Gnome

ALL MY SCULPTURES ARE QUITE UNIQUE AND DEFINITELY: OOAK (ONE OF A KIND PURE SCULPT MODEL)

The material used to sculpt is the quality polymer clay

Baltus decided that his socks absolutely they can no longer wait! It's time to mend the holes! They are so annoying when you walk, the holes in my socks ...!

Baltus ha deciso che, assolutamente i suoi calzini non possono più aspettare! È arrivato il momento di rammendare i buchi: sono talmente fastidiosi, quando si cammina, i buchi nei calzini…!

This little fable I was inspired by illustrations of the artist J. B. Monge. Gnomes and birds are often present in his paintings and I was happy to admire them.
